HUSBAND / DAD / CHRONICALLY CURIOUS

GROWN UP.
SORT OF.

I’m Mike. I untangle software, build things I probably should’ve bought, and go a little too deep into new hobbies.

Four kids. One very full life. Still room for Ninja Turtles.

Useful stuff.
Unreasonable commitment.

The panels above are visual interpretations of the projects. Private household data and internal work stay private.

Same guy.
A lot of open tabs.

THE MAIN QUEST

Dad is the best title.

Husband and dad of four before anything else. Hockey dad and cheer dad, with the same pride on both sidelines. Movie nights, football weekends, fires, yard work, and just being together.

A full life doesn’t need a public schedule.

EVERYDAY LOADOUT

Big beard. Mohawk. Flannel or bamboo shirt.
Khakis, boots, and something that needs figuring out.

NO CHARACTER SELECT REQUIRED.

03 / THE SHORT VERSION

“How hard
could it be?”

In 10th-grade electronics class, my best friend Brett introduced me to enthusiast PC building. Water cooling. Peltiers. Things that looked complicated—and turned out to be things I could build.

That curiosity took me through networking, an IT Network Administration degree in 2005, an ISP, residential and business IP support, sports software and headsets, and into SaaS escalations as a Support Engineer III.

These days the tools might be PowerShell, wood, a resin printer, HTML and JavaScript, or a pasta roller. I’m learning web development with AI assistance. I like understanding the pieces and making them work together.

“I’m too dumb to know what I can’t do.”So I usually try anyway.

STILL BUILDING. STILL LEARNING.

More curiosity.
Less pretending.

That’s what this corner of the internet is for.
